[Based on order No. 0157 and the order of the head of prison No. 3 of the Novosibirsk Regional Directorate of the NKVD, Lieutenant of State Security] BOZHOK, I, prison doctor Pechenkina, in the presence of the prison DPN comrade [inaudible], carried out an external examination of the body of prisoner Tatyana Ivanovna Filippova, born in 1883, who died in the prison hospital.

The body is female, of normal build, medium height, and severely emaciated. Rigor mortis has set in. The scalp is very pale, and the facial features are pale. [illegible] . Rib cage cylindrical shape   [inaudible]

[inaudible]. [Based on the above] and case history No. 86?/16(?), the death of prisoner T. I. Filippova was natural and resulted from [pellagra(?)].
