Born in 1887 in Kaluga; Russian; member of the CPSU(b) in 1904-1936, delegate to the 17th Congress of the CPSU(b). He worked as a representative of trade unions in the Petrograd Military Revolutionary Committee in October 1917, chairman of the Provincial Trade Union Council and the Sevzaburo of the All-Russian Central Council of Trade Unions in 1923-1926. Since 1928, head of Selmashstroy, then director of the Rostselmash plant. Lived in Rostov-on-Don. Arrested 09/19/1936. Sentenced by the visiting session of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR on March 12, 1937 under Art. 58-7-8-11 Criminal Code of the RSFSR to VMN. Shot on March 13, 1937 in Rostov-on-Don. R rehabilitated in 1956
