Genus. in 1916 in Petrograd; Russian, member of the Komsomol. Graduated from the Federal Training School of the Krasny Putilovets plant, turner. Since 1933 - student of the ship mechanics department of LIIVT (Leninsky Institute of Water Transport Engineers). Arrested on September 22, 1936 in Leningrad. Charged under Articles 58-6, 58-8, 58-10, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. By the verdict of the OS under the NKVD of the USSR dated November 22, 1937, he was sentenced to 10 years in labor camp and sent to Kargopollag (Arkhangelsk region). He worked at the lumber camp "Voloshka" (l/p No. 3, from 1939 - at l/p No. 2, then No. 1 - as a building caretaker). In the summer of 1939 he was transferred to the Vandysh pulp and paper mill. In August 1940, he was sent to the OKB of the Kresty prison (he worked as a draftsman and designer). On 07/15/1941 he was evacuated from the Design Bureau to Fergana, from there in November to Aktyubinsk for the construction of a ferroalloy plant. In the fall of 1942, he was transferred on a special stage to Molotov (now Perm) to OKB-172 (to the field artillery design group). In December 1944 he was sent to OKB-172 of Leningrad. Released on October 23, 1947, until 1948 he was a civilian employee. He moved to Barnaul and worked as an engineer at a boiler plant. Graduated from LIIVT (1948). Arrested on 01/05/1951. By a resolution of the OS under the USSR Ministry of State Security dated March 17, 1951, he was sentenced to eternal exile in the Krasnoyarsk Territory under Art. 58-6, 8, 10. Lived in the village of Murma, Taseevsky district of KK, then with. Pirovskoe. Released on 05/09/1954, returned to Leningrad. Lived in Luga. On August 6, 1956, the verdict was overturned and the case was dismissed for lack of evidence of a crime. Rehabilitated 08/06/1956 by the Military Tribunal of the Leningrad Military District Candidate of Technical Sciences. Sciences (1963). Since 1986 - retired. Author of the book of memoirs "The First Ten".
