Genus. in 1909 in St. Petersburg. Theater artist. Son of mathematician Ekaterina Evgenievna Lanceray (1882-1921) and engineer Vladimir Aleksandrovich Zelenkov (1881-1942), grandson of Evgeny Alexandrovich Lanceray and Ekaterina Nikolaevna Benois. At the end of 1920-1930. worked in Leningrad theaters as a performing artist. In 1941 he went to the front and served as head of the chemical service of the 2nd Infantry Regiment of the 3rd Infantry Division. In 1945, he was seriously wounded and captured during the encirclement of the regiment near Leningrad. Sent to a concentration camp in Finland. 02/15/1945 arrested, convicted 04/17/1945 by the Military Tribunal of the Moscow Military District under Art. 58-1 "b" and 58-10 part 2 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 10 years of imprisonment in a correctional labor camp with loss of rights for 5 years with confiscation of property belonging to him personally and deprivation of the rank of "lieutenant". Until 1948, he worked in a “sharashka” in Zagorsk, Moscow region, in an aircraft design bureau, and as an artist he designed drawings. In the spring of 1948 he was transferred to Abez, and in May 1949, together with the camp theater, he was transferred to Igarka. In February 1950, the theater was disbanded, Zelenkov was sent to post office box LK 6/10 in the village. Ermakovo, Krasnoyarsk Territory (120 km south of Igarka), where he worked as an artist at a cultural center. Committed suicide on June 3, 1951. Buried in the village. Ermakovo. Rehabilitated by the General Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation on October 14, 1993.
