Genus. in 1881 in places. Khalch, Gomel district, Mogilev province; Jew; from employees; secondary education; Social Democrat, 1900–1921 – member of the Bund. A teacher by profession. In 1904–1905 he was sentenced to 8 months in prison by the Kyiv Judicial Chamber. In 1917–1921 - instructor of social education of the Gomel provincial department of public education. In 1920 and 1921 he was briefly arrested twice in Gomel. In 1921–1923 - secretary of the Moscow office of the State Association of the Export Timber Industry "Zapadoles". Arrested 05/13/1923; sentenced by the NKVD Commission on June 8, 1923 for involvement in the Bundist organization to administrative exile, by a resolution of the Kogpu dated June 22, 1923, he was exiled to Vyatka for 2 years; 07/01/1925 released from exile. In 1938 he lived in Moscow, head of the consolidated planning group of Glavtyazhmash. Arrested 01/16/1938; sentenced by the Supreme Commissariat of the USSR Armed Forces on June 14, 1938 to VMN; executed 06/14/1938; burial place - Moscow region, Kommunarka. Rehabilitated in the 1923 case by the USSR Prosecutor General's Office on March 29, 1994; in the case of 1938 - by the USSR Prosecutor's Office in April 1991.
