Genus. in 1890 in the city of Nakhichevan-on-Don, Don region; from the bourgeoisie; higher education - graduated from the Warsaw Polytechnic in 1914; in 1918 – Moscow Higher Technical School; member of the RSDLP(M) in 1906–1908 and in 1917–1921. In 1918–1921 he worked as head of the technical section of the Main Directorate of Pharmaceutical Plants, then of the Board of the State Medical Trade Industry. Arrested by the Cheka on August 24, 1920 as a Menshevik; released 08/30/1920. Arrested again on February 25, 1921; after 9 months he was released without investigation or trial. Arrested again on March 13, 1925; by resolution of the OS at the Kogpu on April 24, 1925, he was exiled to the Urals for 3 years; By resolution of the OS KOGPU on May 15, 1925, he was released from custody with permission to live freely on the territory of the USSR. In 1938 he lived in Moscow, worked as head of the capital construction department of the Vokhimfarm trust of the People's Commissariat of Health of the USSR. Arrested 03/21/1938; sentenced by the Supreme Commissariat of the USSR Armed Forces on June 16, 1938 to VMN; shot 06/16/1938; burial place - Moscow region, Kommunarka. Rehabilitated in the 1925 case by the Presidium of the Perm Region. court on 02/13/1958 and the General Prosecutor's Office of the USSR on 12/30/1993, in the case of 1938 - by the Supreme Court of the USSR Armed Forces on 08/25/1956.
