In 1928 Graduated from the Higher Literary and Art Institute. V.Ya.Bryusova; in the same year - the Faculty of Social Sciences of Moscow State University. In July 1941 in the direction of the newspaper Krasnaya Zvezda, she arrived at the front, enlisted as a fighter of the 2nd cavalry corps of General Dovator. Participated in raids behind enemy lines. Dismissed from the army at the end of 1942. with the rank of captain.
