In 1932 he lived in Leningrad, a senior storekeeper at the Soyuzmyaso warehouse; arrested 05/07/1932; accused of theft and speculation in products; sentenced by KOGPU on 07/14/1932 under Art. 58-7 to VMN with replacement for 10 years in prison; departed for Solovki. Sentenced by the Special Troika of the UNKVD LO on February 14, 1938 to VMN; shot 02/17/1938; burial place - on Solovki. On the basis of the Decree of the Presidium of the St. Petersburg City Court dated April 15, 1992, the decision of the KOGPU dated July 14, 1932 was reclassified from Art. 58-7 on p. "d" art. 162 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR (as amended in 1926 - theft committed by persons from state warehouses or in collusion with other persons or repeatedly), the punishment was imposed in deprivation of liberty for a term of 5 years.
