In 1932 he lived in Leningrad, assistant to the head of the base of the wholesale association Lenoblpotrebsoyuz; arrested on May 13, 1932, accused of theft of food products and profiteering; sentenced to Kogpu on July 14, 1932 under Art. 58-7 to VMN with replacement by 10 years of imprisonment. In 1938 on Solovki, sentenced by the Special Troika of the UNKVD LO on February 14, 1938 to VMN; executed 02/17/1938; burial place - on Solovki. Based on the Resolution of the Presidium of the St. Petersburg City Court dated April 15, 1992, the KogPU resolution dated July 14, 1932 was reclassified from Art. 58-7 at item "e" art. 162 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR (as amended in 1926 - theft committed by persons from state warehouses or in conspiracy with other persons or repeatedly), the punishment was imprisonment for a period of 5 years.
