Genus. in 1893 in the village of Sulinovka, Melitopol district. Tauride province; Russian; secondary education; worker. Previously served in the Tsarist and White armies. By resolution of the Kogpu dated November 4, 1929, he was sentenced under Art. 58-6 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 10 years in a concentration camp. Escaped from the camp. Sentenced on September 16, 1935 by the Leningrad Regional Court branch of the NKVD BBK under Art. 19-84 of the Criminal Code and the resolution of the Central Executive Committee of June 13, 1930 to imprisonment for a total of 10 years. In custody on Solovki. By resolution of the Special Troika of the UNKVD LO dated November 25, 1937, he was sentenced to VMN. Shot on December 8, 1937 in Leningrad.
