Born 06.10.1903 in the village. Pydrey, Semenovsky district, Nizhny Novgorod province; Russian; from peasants; lower education, turner; member of the Komsomol in 1920–1925; member of the CPSU(b) in 1925–1928 (expelled “for connections with the Trotskyists”). He graduated from a rural school, then from the 2nd level provincial party school in Nizhny Novgorod (1925). In 1927 he was the chairman of the local committee of the Nizhny Novgorod Gubernia Statistics Bureau. In March 1927 he was expelled from the party for violating party discipline, and reinstated in April. Lived in Nizhny Novgorod (Malaya Pecherskaya st., 1/12, apt. 20). Arrested on January 28, 1928 “for distributing Trotskyist leaflets.” Sentenced by a resolution of the OGPU Collegium dated 05/05/1928 under Art. 58-10 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR by 3 months. imprisonment. Released on his own recognizance, the case was dismissed on 10/11/1928. Since 1930 he lived in Leningrad (Gertsen St., 24, apt. 4), instructor in the cultural sector of the Leningrad Chemical Industry Union. In 1933-1934 he worked in Belarus. In February–November 1935, director of the procurement department of the Leningrad potato and vegetable office. Before the arrest, the director (chairman of the board) of the rosin and turpentine plant in the city of Uritsk (Strelna). Sentenced for white-collar crime to 6 months. conditionally. Arrested on 06/01/1936 by the NKVD Baltic Fleet, under investigation in ODPZ No. 3 in Kronstadt. Sentenced by a resolution of the Special Meeting of the NKVD of the USSR on September 27, 1936 to 5 years in a labor camp. In custody in the 8th Solovetsky department of the Belbaltlag (arrived on 11/12/1936 at the Anzer camp). Sentenced by a resolution of the Special Troika of the UNKVD LO dated 10.10.1937 to VMN. Shot on November 4, 1937 in the Sandormokh tract (Karelian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic). Rehabilitated in cases of 1936 and 1937 on September 2, 1957 by the Military Tribunal of the Leningrad Military District.
