Born in 1888 in Lipetsk, Tambov Governorate; Pole; Socialist Revolutionary; graduated from 2 classes of a parish school. He was arrested several times before 1917; in 1910 he was exiled to the Yenisei Governorate. In 1931 he lived in Leningrad, worked at the Tsentrosoyuz. Arrested on 03/03/1931; released on 07/23/1931 by a decree of the KOGPU. In 1938 he lived in Leningrad, worked as an accountant at the Politkatorzhanin factory; arrested on 02/12/1938; sentenced by the Special Troika of the NKVD of the Leningrad Region on 06/08/1938 to capital punishment; executed on 07/18/1938. Place of burial: Leningrad. Rehabilitated on 10/13/1958.
