Genus. in 1868 in Warsaw. In 1892 he graduated from the Faculty of Law of St. Petersburg University. Since 1918, professor, assistant to the rector of Petrograd University. Arrested 12/13/1919. On 12/18/1919 he was sent to Moscow, where he was imprisoned in Butyrka prison. Later released. Arrested again in 1921 in the case of the “Petrograd Combat Organization” (“Tagantsev Case”). By resolution of the Petrograd Gubernia Cheka of August 24, 1921, he was sentenced to VMN. Shot at the Rzhevsky training ground. Rehabilitated on July 16, 1991 in accordance with the Decree of the President of the USSR dated August 13, 1990.
