Born on February 11, 1894 in the village of Kepinskaya, Ust-Medveditsky district of the Don Cossacks region; Russian; b/n; from employees; higher education: agronomist, graduated from the Persian Agricultural College (during his studies he took an active part in the work of an underground Cossack organization), later - the Physics and Mathematics Department of the University in Rostov-on-Don. Served in the White Army for 2 months; did not serve in the Red Army. After the Civil War, he worked as an agronomist in the system of the Azov-Chernomorsky Regional Administration of Agriculture. Sentenced on 01/05/1938 by the Troika of the UNKVD in the Rostov Region for participating in a counter-revolutionary insurgent terrorist organization, recruiting into a k / r organization, organizing militants into Cossack squads for armed struggle against the Soviet authorities to the Navy with confiscation of property. He was rehabilitated by the VT of the North Caucasian Military District on 06/18/1956.
