Genus. 08/19/1892 in the village of Pleshchaevo, Lyubimsky district, Yaroslavl province; Russian; from a family of employees; education – 4th grade. Served in the tsarist army: private - warrant officer - staff captain; after the revolution - in the Red Army: regiment commander - commander of the ChON, demobilized in 1923. Member of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) since 1918. Studied at the city school in Lyubim and at the tractor driving school in Moscow in 1915. was registered with the military in the 10th Rostov city military registration and enlistment office. In 1938 he lived in Rostov-on-Don, worked as deputy head of the Rostov regional department of domestic trade. Arrested by the NKVD RO 01/05/1938 for participation in a right-wing Trotskyist organization, was aware of the insurgent and terrorist activities of the organization, and was also involved in recruiting people into it; was kept in the internal prison of the NKVD in the Rostov region. 19 interrogations and 14 confrontations were conducted. He pleaded guilty and named those who “recruited” him and “active members of the organization.” Sentenced by the OSO under the NKVD of the USSR on January 11, 1940 under Articles 58-10, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 5 years in labor camp. Due to health reasons, he was found fit for light work. Rehabilitated in the 1940 case by the Presidium of the Rostov Regional Court on December 9, 1988.
