For a long time he edited Izvestia DPI and Proceedings of the DPI, a member of the editorial board of the Electricity magazine. Arrested on 07/04/1937 by the 3rd department of the UNKVD RO, was kept in the prison of the UGB UNKVD AChK. He was accused of actively participating in a Cossack White Guard organization operating on the territory of the Rostov region in a bloc with a right-wing Trotskyist terrorist organization that carried out active terrorist, espionage, sabotage and insurgent activities on the orders of the foreign White émigré center ROVS; in connection with 1934 with foreign White Guards, with German and Japanese fascist organizations and their intelligence agencies; in that, according to their directives, he led the organization of terrorist groups and the preparation of terrorist acts against the leaders of the CPSU (b) and the Soviet government, the sabotage activities of the counter-revolutionary organization operating in the system of the energy economy and transport of the region, the formation of rebel groups and the preparation of an armed uprising, and from 1928 was engaged in active work in favor of Germany and Japan, being in direct contact with the intelligence agencies of these states. sentenced by an exit session of the VC of the USSR Supreme Court in a closed court session on 06/03/1938 under Art. 58-1a, 58-2, 58-8, 58-9 and 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to VMN with confiscation of property; shot on 06/03/1938 in Rostov-on-Don. Rehabilitated by the VC of the USSR Armed Forces on 07/06/1957.
