Arrested   KGB under the Council of Ministers of the USSR on 05/04/1957, accused under Article 58-10, Part 1 and 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. Sentenced   Supreme Court of the YASSR 09/21/1957 to 5 years of penal colony. He served time in the Ozerny Correctional Labor Camp. P sentenced by the Irkutsk Regional Court on March 26, 1959 under Art. 58-10 part 1, 58-11 for participation in the underground organization of Ozerlag prisoners   "GRASO" ("Civil Union", head - O. Sinkevich) by 4 years. ITL. Released on March 26, 1963. Rehabilitated on March 17, 1993 by the conclusion of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) according to the Law of the Russian Federation of October 18, 1991.
