Definition: Initiator of the creation of the "ITR Shipyard Group" in Krasnovodsk in 1956.

Arrested 04/11/1957. Sentenced by the Ashgabat Regional Court on July 31, 1957 under Art. 54-10 part 1 of the Criminal Code of the TurkSSR to 5 years of labor camp. He was held in the Irkutsk region, Taishet and Mordovian camps. Released on parole on September 19, 1960.
