And he was arrested on October 11, 1956, and was charged under Art. 58-10 part 1, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR   for participation in the underground organization of Ozerlag prisoners "GRASO" ("Civil Union"). Sentenced on October 11, 1956 by the Special Court “47” to 10 years in labor camp. Rehabilitated on April 10, 1998 by the prosecutor's office of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
