Rzhanitsyn Leonid Vasilievich

Genus. 1932 in the city. Chimkent, South Kazakhstan region; Russian; secondary education; b/p. Plasterer-mosaicist. Lived in Almaty. Arrested on July 15, 1957 by the MGB in the Dzhambyl region. Sentenced by the Supreme Court of the KSSR on November 10, 1957 under Art. 58-11, 59-10 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 5 years of labor camp. Prisoner in the Ozerny ITL, Irkutsk region. Arrested on December 22, 1958 for participation in the underground organization of Ozerlag prisoners "Civil Union" (leader - O.L. Sinkevich) . Sentenced: by the Irkutsk Regional Court on March 26, 1959 under Art. 58-10 part 1, -11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 7 years in prison. In the case of 1957, he was rehabilitated on June 22, 1993 by the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the basis of the Decree of the President of the USSR dated August 13, 1990; in the case of 1959 , he was rehabilitated on February 29, 2000 by the prosecutor's office of the Irkutsk region.
