Genus. in 1904 in the village of Gaysin, Vinnitsa province; Jew; higher technical education; member of the CPSU(b). In 1938 he lived in Moscow. Arrested 06/04/1938 arrested. Sentenced by the Supreme Court of the USSR Armed Forces on 05/04/1939 under Art. 58-6, 58-7, 58-8, 58-11 to 25 years in labor camp and 5 years of disqualification. From 08/21/1939 he served time in Norillag. From 05/05/1949 in Gorlag, camp No. P-293. Released on April 25, 1955, he remained in Norilsk. After rehabilitation he returned to Moscow.
