Genus. in 1895 in the village. Saksagan, Verkhnedneprovsky district, Ekaterinoslav province; Ukrainian; higher education: in 1926 he graduated from the Dnepropetrovsk Mining Institute named after. Artem. Until 1927 he worked as head of the Donugol geological exploration party. In 1937 he lived in Kyiv; in 1927-1937 - senior engineer-geologist of the Ukrainian Geological Trust; worked in geological exploration parties of Ukrgeoltrest, studied coal deposits of Western Donbass. Arrested 06/12/1937; sentenced by the Supreme Court of the USSR Armed Forces on September 05, 1937 under Art. 54-7, 20-54-8, 54-11 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR to 10 years in a labor camp with loss of rights for 5 years and confiscation of property (beginning of the term - 07/11/1937). In custody - in the Vladimir prison, in the city of Kem, on Solovki; 08/16/1939 arrived at the Norilsk ITL. In the Norilsk ITL: 1939-1942 - collector, 1942-1946 - senior worker. engineer in parties on Dikson, r. Pyasin, Nizhnyaya Tunguska, since 1947 - head of the Coal Exploration work area. For the honest and productive work of a prisoner geologist, the camp term was reduced to 8 years by the resolution of the OS NKVD of the USSR dated January 19, 1944. 02/25/1946 released. In 1946 he worked at the Geological Department of the Norilsk Combine as chief geologist. For the discovery of the Kayerkana coal deposit in 1948, the Council of Ministers awarded him a prize of 25,000 rubles. By a resolution of the OS under the USSR Ministry of State Security dated September 1, 1951, he was sentenced to exile in Norilsk, Krasnoyarsk Territory, for belonging to an anti-Soviet organization. From 1952 - art. geologist of scientific research and thematic works, senior geologist of the geological department. Released from exile on September 17, 1954 on the basis of the Order of the Prosecutor General of the USSR, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR and the KGB of the USSR dated July 16, 1954. Rehabilitated in cases of 1937 and 1951. VK USSR Armed Forces 03/02/1955.
