Genus. in 1903 in Ostrogozhsk, Voronezh province; Russian; Higher education: graduated from the Moscow Institute of Finance and Economics in 1933, member of the CPSU since 1932. Worked at the People's Commissariat of Finance of the USSR. Arrested 08/13/1937. Sentenced by the Supreme Court of the USSR Armed Forces in May 1938 under Art. 58 to 10 years in prison and 5 years of disqualification. In the fall of 1939 he arrived in Krasnoyarsk, then in Dudinka, then in Norilsk. He worked in construction as a digger, loader, carpenter, and later as an economist. He was released in 1946 (he was cut for a year and a half for conscientious work), and remained to work as a civilian employee in the construction of the Norilsk Mining and Processing Plant. Rehabilitated in 1954. After rehabilitation he lived in Moscow. B worked at the Industrial Bank of the USSR. In 1960–1972 – head of the State Labor Savings Bank and state credit of the USSR; in 1972–1975 – Chairman of the Board of the State Labor Savings Bank of the USSR. Since 1975 – retired.
