Genus. in 1899 in the village of Rozhanovka, Kyiv province; Jew; from a family of artisans; higher education, financier, economist by profession; member of the CPSU(b). In 1938 he lived in Moscow, deputy manager of Prombank. Arrested on August 26, 1938. Sentenced by the Supreme Court of the USSR Armed Forces on April 21, 1939 under Art. 58-7, 17-58-8, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 15 years of labor camp and 5 years of deprivation of political rights. From 08/02/1939 - in Norillag. Released on August 26, 1955 in Norilsk. He died in Moscow in 1975. He was buried at the Novodevichy cemetery.
