Born in 1933. Before his arrest he lived in Leningrad. Administratively expelled (together with his mother Ravich A.V. and sister Ravich S.V.) by order of the NKVD for the Leningrad Region. dated January 29, 1935. The sentence was canceled on November 14, 1960 by a resolution of the UKGB under the Council of Ministers of the USSR for Leningrad.
