Art. 58-8 and 58–11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to death with confiscation of property. By a resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the USSR dated November 30, 1990, the verdict was overturned and the case was dismissed for lack of corpus delicti.
