Genus. in 1908 in Smolensk; b/p. Arrested on May 27, 1926 by the OGPU. He was accused of “... being an active member of a scout organization, being an instructor of one of the squads. In addition, he participated in the publication of anti-Soviet underground magazines.” By decision of the OGPU Collegium dated June 30, 1926 , he was released from custody on his own recognizance. Worked as a researcher at the State Oceanographic Institute. 12/29/1932 (according to other data 01/15/1933) was again arrested by the OGPU authorities, accused under Art. 58-10, 11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. By resolution of the USC OGPU dated May 10, 1933, he was expelled to the Northern Territory for a period of 3 years. O was released on December 29, 1935. Rehabilitated by the conclusion of the USSR Prosecutor's Office on May 30, 1989.
