In 1927, she was arrested for political reasons and exiled to Kolyma. In January 1935, she married the exiled D. L. Olitsky. In December 1936 she was arrested again. In 1938 she was imprisoned in a camp in Elgen. There she met and became acquainted with her husband’s sister E. L. Olitskaya. In 1946, she worked as a nurse in the camp hospital at the Utiny mine. In 1947-1949 she lived with her husband’s sister at the same mine.
