In 1929 he lived in Kazan, teacher, Kazan Art College, head teacher; arrested in the “Sultan-Galiyev case” on August 13, 1929; the investigation was completed on December 16, 1929; sentenced to Kogpu on July 28, 1930 under Art. 58-11. (“helping the international bourgeoisie, inciting nationalist hatred”) to 5 years in concentration camps. Rehabilitated 06/06/1990.
