Genus. in 1890 in the village. Karmala (Karamaly) Alkeevskaya parish. Spassky U. Kazan province. (modern Alkeevsky district, Chistopol region); Tatar; fur trader, Tattorg employee. Arrested in the case of the “Sultan-Galiyevskaya k/r nationalist organization”, charged under Art. 58-4, 6, 11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. By resolution of the OGPU Collegium dated July 28, 1930, he was sentenced to death. (08/03/1930 The OGPU Collegium additionally decided to attach members of V.’s family to a specific place of residence for 3 years with deprivation of the right to reside in a number of regions of the country.) By the KOGPU resolution of 01/08/1931 the execution order was annulled, and on 01/13/1931 he was sentenced to 10 years in a concentration camp. Imprisoned in the Solovetsky camp. By resolution of the Special Troika of the UNKVD LO dated 09.10.1937 he was sentenced to VMN. Shot on October 27, 1937 in the Sandormokh tract (Karelian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic). Rehabilitated in 1989.
