Genus. 12/02/1888 in Simferopol (Crimea); Tatar. Graduated from the Tatar Teachers' Seminary in Simferopol, teacher. Member of the cadet party; arrested and exiled for 4 years. Member of the RCP(b) since July 1917, he took an active part in the establishment of Soviet power in Crimea. Companion and friend of M. Sultan-Galiev. In March 1918, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Republic of Tavrida, then People's Commissar for Foreign and National Affairs. In 1922–25, People's Commissar and Supreme Prosecutor of the Crimean Republic. Subsequently, he was at the disposal of the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks, carrying out one-time assignments on the affairs of the national republics; worked as an inspector at the Agricultural Bank of the RSFSR, in 1927 - inspector of the Transcaucasian Commission of Workers' and Peasants' Control. Before his arrest, he was an inspector of the North Caucasus Regional Department of Public Education in Rostov-on-Don. In August 1929, he was summoned to Moscow and arrested in the case of the Sultan-Galiyev k/r nationalist organization. Expelled from the party by the decision of the party board of the Central Control Commission of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks on August 23, 1929. In November-December 1929 he was in the Kemsky detention center. By resolution of the OGPU Collegium dated July 28, 1930, he was sentenced under Art. 58-4, 6, 11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to be executed. By resolution of the Kogpu dated January 8, 1931, the sentence was annulled, and on January 13, 1931 he was sentenced to 10 years in a concentration camp. In custody in the Solovetsky camp, he was kept on a business trip to Isakovo (there is evidence that in 1936 he was on a business trip to the Kremlin, a guard). By resolution of the Special Troika of the UNKVD LO dated 10/09/1937 he was sentenced to VMN. Shot on October 27, 1937 in the Sandormokh tract (Karelian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic). Rehabilitated on 03/04/1989 on the basis of the Decree of the PVS of the USSR of 01/16/1989, in party terms, rehabilitated on 05/12/1990 by the decision of the Bureau of the Tatar Regional Committee of the CPSU.
