Born in 1897 in Grodno; Jewish; higher education - graduated from the economics department of the Institute of Red Professors; member of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks). In 1928-1930 he worked in the trade mission in Paris. In 1936 he was an economist on the board of the State Bank of the USSR. Lived in Moscow, Durova St., Bldg. 36a, Apt. 5. Arrested on March 28, 1936 on charges of counter-revolutionary terrorist activity. Sentenced to capital punishment on November 4, 1936 by the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the USSR. Executed on November 4, 1936. Place of burial - Moscow, Donskoye Cemetery. Rehabilitated by the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the USSR on May 23, 1956.
