Born in 1893 in the village of Annopol, Oshmyany district, Vilnius province, Pole, higher education, member of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) in 1917–1937. Lived in Leningrad (23 Rubinstein St., Apt. 56). Deputy Dean of the Mechanical Engineering Faculty of the Leningrad Power Machine-Building Institute for Advanced Training of Engineering and Technical Workers, before that – senior engineer of the tractor shop of the Kirov Plant. Arrested on 30.04.1937. Sentenced by the Military Commission of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR on 25.08.1937 under Articles 58-7, 8, 11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to capital punishment. Executed on 25.08.1937. Rehabilitated by the Military Commission of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR on 11.07.1957.
