Marty; in 1937 he lived in Leningrad; arrested 06/21/1937; sentenced by the Commission of the NKVD and the USSR Prosecutor's Office on December 2, 1937 under Art. 58-7-9-11 Criminal Code of the RSFSR to VMN; shot 12/10/1937. Rehabilitated by the Military Commissariat of the USSR Armed Forces on March 28, 1956.
