Born in 1909 in the town of Chereya, Sennen district, Mogilev province; Belarusian; higher education; member of the CPSU (b) in 1928-1935. In 1937 he lived in Leningrad, worked as the head of the technical bureau of the Radist plant (currently OJSC Izmeritel Plant); arrested 08/22/1937; sentenced by the Commission of the NKVD and the USSR Prosecutor's Office on January 10, 1938 under Art. 58-6-9 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to the VMN; executed on January 15, 1938; burial place - Leningrad. Rehabilitated by the Military Prosecutor's Office of the Leningrad Military District on August 16, 1989.
