Genus. in 1905 (1906) in places. Stalino, Pinsk district, Minsk province; Jew; incomplete higher education: studied at the Leningrad Industrial Institute, 4th year student; b/p. In 1935 he lived in Leningrad; arrested 02/04/1935; On February 5, 1935, he was sentenced by the NKVD OS of the USSR to 3 years of exile in Surgut, Omsk Region. In 1936 he lived in the village of Berezovo, Ostyako-Vogulsky District, Omsk Region; arrested 08/30/1936; sentenced 01/17/1937 to 5 years in prison. In December 1937 - a prisoner of the Sevvostlag; sentenced by the Troika of the UNKVD for Dalstroy on 12/01/1937 to VMN; shot on 01/21/1938. Rehabilitated in the case of 1935 by the Presidium of the Leningrad City Court on 01/25/1957; in the case of 1937 - by the Presidium of the Magadan Regional Court on 11/23/1956.
