Ozarichi of Bobruisk district of Minsk province; Jew; incomplete higher education: 1917–1919 student at the Petrograd Polytechnic Institute; active participant in the revolution and civil war. In 1928 he lived in Moscow, an instructor in the apparatus of the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks; arrested 01/18/1928; sentenced by OS KOGPU 02/10/1928 under Art. 58 as a Trotskyist to be deported to Siberia (to Achinsk) for 3 years. 12/20/28, together with Barkin I., Volkovyskaya M., Kozlov, Levin L.I., Melnais K., Milman, Chernyak Ya., Shafikov, Yudin R., signed a protest against the deprivation of their voting rights. The resolution of the OS KOGPU dated July 19, 1929 allowed free residence throughout the USSR. Arrested again on January 14, 1933; sentenced by OS KOGPU 04/04/1933 under Art. 58 for deportation to Central Asia for 3 years. In 1935 he lived in Samarkand in exile, worked at the Garment Factory named after. March 8; arrested 04/29/1935; sentenced by the OS under the NKVD of the USSR on November 4, 1935 to 3 years in labor camp. In 1937 – prisoner of Sevvostlag; sentenced by the Troika UNKVD for Dalstroy on 09/05/1937 to VMN; shot 09/22/1937; burial place - Magadan. Rehabilitated in the 1935 case by the USSR Prosecutor General's Office on September 18, 1992; in the case of 1935 - by the Prosecutor's Office of the Uzbek SSR on November 13, 1989; in the case of 1937 - VT of the Far Eastern Military District 07/30/1956.
