Genus. in 1903 in Zhitomir; Jew; higher education: graduated from the Leningrad Mechanical Engineering Institute; member of the CPSU(b) in 1924–1936. In 1919–1921 - private of the Red Army; in 1922–1923 – factory worker. A student at the Moscow Higher Technical School, in 1930 he was transferred to LMSM, graduated in 1931 with a specialty in gun-carriage. Sent to work as a design engineer at a plant in Molotov (now Perm). Arrested 11/02/1936. Sentenced by the OS NKVD of the USSR on March 23, 1937 to 5 years in prison. Imprisoned in Sevvostlag. Re-arrested on charges of active participation in an anti-Soviet rebel terrorist group and organizing mass sabotage of production. Sentenced by the Troika UNKVD for Dalstroy on 03/01/1938 to VMN. Shot 10-14.03.1938. The burial place is the camp of Khattynakh. Rehabilitated by the Presidium of the Magadan Regional Court on December 12, 1961.
