Old Tolochin, Orsha district, Mogilev province, in the family of a doctor; Jew; graduated from the workers' faculty and 2 years of the Mechanical Engineering Institute; in 1929–1936 member of the CPSU (b). In 1936 he lived in Leningrad, worked as deputy director of the Tosnensky MTS. Arrested 03/29/1936. Sentenced by the Special Board of the Leningrad Regional Court on August 16, 1936 under Art. 58-10, 11 to 5 years in labor camp with loss of rights for 3 years. In 1938 – prisoner of Sevvostlag; sentenced by the Troika UNKVD for Dalstroy on February 17, 1938 to VMN. Shot on 03/09/1938. Burial place - Magadan. Rehabilitated in the 1938 case by the Presidium of the Magadan Regional Court on March 15, 1968, as well as by the Presidium of the Supreme Court of the RSFSR on July 13, 1956.
