Zubkovsky Rostislav Sergeevich
Born 14.08.1921 in Harbin; from the nobility - son of a RIA colonel; graduated from the Institute for the Deaf; no name. Parents were repressed by the NKVD of the Leningrad Region on charges of espionage in 1937. Worked as an artist at the State People's House. Lived in Leningrad at 4 Sotsialisticheskaya Street. Accused under Articles 17-58-8 and 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR of participating in an anti-Soviet fascist terrorist organization created among the deaf-mutes of Leningrad. Sentenced by the decision of the Special Troika of the NKVD for the Leningrad Region on 19.12.1937 to 10 years in a correctional labor camp. By a special resolution, Zubkovsky's case was sent for further investigation. During the preliminary investigation, the case was closed on the basis of Article 204 p"b".
