Genus. 09/25/1887 in the village. Koporye ( Peterhof district, Leningrad region); Russian; nobleman; higher legal education; member of the CPSU(b) from 1921 to 1924, expelled as an alien element. A former officer in the tsarist army, before the revolution he was an employee of the periodical press. Arrested by the Petrograd Cheka in 1919. He was in the DPZ for seven months. Sentenced to imprisonment in a camp until the end of the civil war. Released in April 1920 at the request of M. Gorky. In 1923-1925 - employee of the Soviet embassy in China. In 1932 he worked as a deputy. Head of the foreign department of the newspapers “Smena” and “Red Vechernyaya”. Lived in Leningrad, Tchaikovsky St., 13, apt. 5. Arrested 08/21/1932. Sentenced by the OGPU Collegium on December 9, 1932 under Art. 58-4, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 10 years in labor camp. Released, presumably, in 1937. Lived in   Kaluga.   He worked as a teacher at a pedagogical school. And it was restrained on June 13, 1941. Sentenced by the tribunal of the Moscow Military District on September 21, 1941 on charges of espionage for Polish and Japanese intelligence to VMN. Rehabilitated by the Leningrad City Court on October 26, 1988 in the 1932 case and by the Military Collegium of the USSR Armed Forces on May 25, 1990 in the 1941 case.
