Genus. in 1903 in Uzbekistan; Higher education - graduated from the Faculty of Economics of Leningrad University.   Journalist, writer, economist. Participant in the Civil War. Organizer of the Komsomol in Petrograd. Editor of the "Red Newspaper" in Leningrad, in 1936, by decision of the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks, he was appointed editor of the newspaper "Chelyabinsky Rabochiy". Arrested in Chelyabinsk on August 15, 1937, simultaneously with his wife E.L. Vladimirova, an employee of the Chelyabinsk Worker newspaper. Sentenced by the Supreme Court of the USSR Armed Forces on July 20, 1938 under Art. 58-7.11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to the VMN. Shot in Chelyabinsk on July 20, 1938. Rehabilitated in 1956
