We inform you that the investigative case against Albin Albinovich Romanovsky, 1891, on 21/IV 1941, was sent for consideration to the Special Conference of the NKVD of the USSR, as reported to him.
Arrested Romanovsky A.A. is listed as being held in the 2nd department of the NKGB Directorate.
