I, senior operative authorized representative of the 2nd Department of the KRO NKVD LO - junior lieutenant of State Security KOVALEV, having reviewed the available materials on criminal activity

MIRKO, Alida Teonovna, b. 1899, native of Estland province, village Metik, citizen of the USSR, no marriage, working as a saleswoman in the store "Glavkhleb", lived at ul. Skorokhodova, house 18, office 55

FOUND:

MIRKO Alida Teonovna is exposed under Articles 58-1a and 58-10, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR . Taking into account that, while at large, MIRKO may evade investigation and trial, guided by Articles 145 and 158 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the RSFSR —

RESOLVED:

The measure of prevention of methods of evading investigation and trial for citizen MIRKO Alida Teonovna is to choose detention, about which, in accordance with Article 146 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the RSFSR, the arrested person is to announce a receipt in this resolution.

In accordance with Article 160 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the RSFSR, a copy of the order shall be sent to the prosecutor and transferred to the head of the prison for inclusion in the prison’s personal file.
