I, the Chief of the Mechetinsky RO NKVD - Junior Lieutenant of State Security - VISLOV, having reviewed the materials received by the Mechetinsky RO NKVD on criminal activity

Grigory Tikhonovich TISHCHENKO, born in 1887, a native of the village of Kugo-Eika, Mechetinsky District, Rostov Oblast. He is a Russian citizen of the USSR, has a basic education, is non-partisan, and comes from a poor peasant background. In 1930, he was convicted of attempting to assassinate members of the village council. During the Civil War, he served as a private in the White Army.

My brother was convicted of concealing grain and failing to fulfill state contracts. He currently works at the Novy Put collective farm and lives in the village of Kugo-Eika, Mechetinsky District, Rostov Region.

FOUND:

TISHCHENKO Grigory Tikhonovich is suspected of crimes under Art. 58, paragraph 10, part 2 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR and taking into account that TISHCHENKO G. T., being at large, may influence the course of the investigation and abscond from the court, and therefore, guided by Art. Art. 145, 158 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the RSFSR -

DECIDED

Grigory Tikhonovich TISHCHENKO shall be held in custody as a preventive measure for his evasion of investigation and trial, and shall be declared arrested under the terms of Article 146 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the RSFSR.

In accordance with Article 160 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the RSFSR, a copy of this resolution shall be sent to the Prosecutor and transferred to the prison director for inclusion in the prison personnel file.

YANTSEN Petr Petrovich, born in 1908, native of the village of Nikolaipol, Konstantinovsky district, Stalin region, son of a former kulak, wife also from the kulaks, German, citizen of the USSR, non-party member, with secondary education, lives in the village of Yegorlykskaya, works as a teacher of German in a secondary school.

FOUND:

Yantsen Petr Petrovich is suspected of crimes under Article 58, paragraph 10, part 2 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR and taking into account that, while at liberty, he may influence the course of the investigation and hide from the court, and therefore, on the basis of the above -

RESOLVED:

The measure of suppression of methods of evading trial and investigation for Pyotr Petrovich Yantsen is to be detention in custody, which, in accordance with Article 146 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the RSFSR, is to be announced to the arrested person against signature in this resolution. In accordance with Article 160 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the RSFSR, a copy of this resolution is to be sent to the Prosecutor and transferred to the head of the Prison for attachment to the personal prison file.
