RESOLUTION (on the selection of a preventive measure).

City of Leningrad, September 2, 1941. I, Chief of the Department of the KRO Vas. Island RO of the Leningrad NKVD Directorate, Junior Lieutenant of State Security MIKHLIN, having reviewed the materials received by the NKVD Directorate of the USSR for the Leningrad Region on criminal activity:

FEDOROVA Elena Aleksandrovna, born in 1891 in Leningrad, Polish (Russian according to her passport), USSR citizen, no pension, secondary education, unemployed, previously dependent on her husband, the latter was arrested by the NKVD, resides at: Mikhailova St., Building 3, Apt. 13 —


FOUND:

That FEDOROVA E. A. is suspected of crimes under Article 58-10, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR and taking into account that FEDOROVA, while at large, may influence the course of the investigation -

RESOLVED:

As a preventive measure for Elena Aleksandrovna FEDOROVA's attempts to evade investigation and trial, detention shall be chosen, which, in accordance with Article 146 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the RSFSR, shall be announced to the arrested person against signature in this resolution.

In accordance with Article 160 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the USSR, a copy of the order shall be sent to the prosecutor and transferred to the Head of the prison for inclusion in the prison’s personal file.
