Bukhovsky Alexey Konstantinovich

Definition:

A worker on a private farm in the Tomsk district. Arrested (1942), sentenced to eight years in a labor camp (1944).

Born in 1911 in the village of Zykovo, Aleksandrovskaya volost, Barnaul district, Tomsk province. Russian, received primary education, no marriage. Wife: Lyudmila Nikolaevna Bukhovskaya, born in 1912.

In 1930, the large family was dispossessed and exiled to the special settlement of Sukhoi Log in the Yaransky village council of the Zyryansky district of the Novosibirsk region. The oldest member of the family was his mother, Elena Ilyinichna Bukhovskaya, born in 1886. Alexei's two younger brothers, eight-year-old Nikolai and four-year-old Pyotr, followed Alexei into exile with the young family. A daughter, Nadezhda Alekseyevna, was born in the special settlement.

Worked at the Simonovsky logging site.

On November 15, 1942, he was arrested as a member of a counterrevolutionary group that existed in the Simonovsky logging enterprise in the villages of Sukhoi Log and Simonovka, “setting the task of fighting against Soviet power and, in order to recruit people into the said counterrevolutionary group, they were cultivating anti-Soviet elements from among the former kulaks located in the Simonovsky commandant’s office and among the Germans, former fighters of the construction battalion working in the logging enterprise. He was present at gatherings organized by Shibaev, at which issues of a counterrevolutionary nature were discussed.” From February 1943, he was held together with his “accomplices” (Shibaev Sergei Ivanovich, Lyachin Grigory Demidovich, Gofman Ivan Andreevich) in Prison No. 3 of the NKVD Directorate of the Novosibirsk Region in Tomsk as a person under investigation under Articles 58-10, Part 2 and 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR.

Convicted on March 4, 1944, on charges of anti-Soviet agitation (Article 58-02). Sentenced to eight years in a labor camp and five years of disenfranchisement. His subsequent fate is unknown. Rehabilitated in May 1963.

I, operative. Authorized representative of the Zyryansk RO NKVD for the Novosibirsk Region, State Security Sergeant [full name illegible], having reviewed the materials received by the Zyryansk RO NKVD regarding criminal activity

Grigory Demidovich Lyachin, born in 1917, is Russian by nationality. A native of the village of Bogoslovka, Zyryansky District, Novosibirsk Oblast, he was a kulak peasant. He was dispossessed and deported in 1931, and removed from the commandant's register in 1940.

Currently lives in the special settlement of Sukhoi Log, Yaransky (?) village council, Zyryansky district, Novosibirsk region and works in the Simanovsky logging site as a worker.

FOUND:

Grigory Demidovich LYACHIN is exposed as a participant in a counterrevolutionary group that existed at the Simanovsky logging enterprise in the villages of Sukhoi Log and Simanovka. The group's goal was to combat Soviet power. To recruit members of the said counterrevolutionary group, they cultivated anti-Soviet elements among former kulaks stationed at the Simanovsky commandant's office and among Germans, former construction battalion fighters working at the logging enterprise. He was present at gatherings organized by Shibayev, where counterrevolutionary issues were discussed.

When submitting the case to court, please notify the special department of the NKVD of the Novosibirsk region with a copy of your request, citing the number and date of this request.
