I, Investigator of the Investigative Department of the NKGB Directorate for the Altai Territory

Junior Lieutenant of State Security FILIMONOV, having examined the materials of investigative case No. 3279/a on the charge

Serebrennikov Aleksey Petrovich in the crime provided for in Article 58-10, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR,


FOUND:

Serebrennikov Alexey Petrovich, born in 1898, native

Vergash village (?), Biysk district, Altai Krai, peasant by social origin, employee by social status, Altai by nationality, non-party member, USSR citizen, literate, non-party member, pensioner, lived in Novo-Tyryshkino village, Smolensk district, Altai Krai. Arrested by the Smolensk regional department of the NKGB under the AK on August 14, 1943.

He is accused of conducting anti-Soviet propaganda among the population.

RESOLVED:

The accused, Aleksey Petrovich Serebrennikov, is sent to a psychiatric hospital for a forensic psychiatric examination to determine his sanity.

Considering that the accused Serebrennikov may be in the hospital

to be in custody for a long time, to have his case investigated

on the basis of Article 206, paragraph 6 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the RSFSR - suspend until the accused arrives from the hospital.

The case should be handed over for safekeeping to the 1st Special Department of the NKGB Directorate for the AK.

A copy of this resolution shall be sent to the head of Department "A" of the NKGB AK for execution.
