Born in 1901 in Poland, Lublin Voivodeship, Biała County, village of Kostilewicz. Pole. Arrested on April 10, 1940. Case transferred for consideration to the Special Security Service of the NKVD of the USSR on December 1, 1940. Convicted by the Special Security Service on January 25, 1941 for participating in an "anti-Soviet insurgent organization." Sentenced to 8 years' imprisonment. Arrived at Ukhtizhemlag on March 18, 1941 from a Kyiv prison. Released on August 31, 1941. His subsequent fate is unknown.

Handwritten text on a sheet of paper. In satisfactory condition. There are damp stains, tears, creases in the paper, and traces of rusty paper clips. A triangular seal, the text is blurred: "People's Commissariat of Internal Affairs..." Signature of the deputy warden—autograph.
