Born in 1893 in St. Petersburg in the family of the director of the Synod office; from the nobles; Higher education, graduated from St. Petersburg University in 2016. Economist of Lengosrybtrest since 1922. Lived in Leningrad, Tchaikovsky St., 69, apt. 17. Arrested 03/07/1935. Sentenced on 03/09/1935 to deportation to Astrakhan for a period of 5 years. Rehabilitated on August 30, 1989 by the Leningrad prosecutor's office. In Astrakhan he worked as an economist-planner in the Red Sewing Worker artel of the Astmnogopromsoyuz system. Arrested on February 24, 1938, on charges of spying for Italian intelligence. The Commission of the NKVD and the USSR Prosecutor in a special order sentenced to VMN. Shot on May 25, 1938. Rehabilitated by the Military Tribunal of the North Caucasus Military District on March 28, 1960.
